- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial discovery call is free. Based on this call and other information you have provided I will assemble a personalized proposal based on your needs and goals. We will discuss this proposal during a follow-up Proposal Meeting (also complimentary).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step #1: Set up a free discovery call. During this call, we will talk about what brought you to coaching, go through your Personal Financial Snapshot (I will have you complete this prior to our session) and what coaching with me can offer you. This is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for you to decide if you are ready for coaching. This call will be conducted virtually.
