- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base price for a return is $250 for an individual, additional schedules will cost $50 per schedule. The base price for a business return is $300. Bookkeeping services are charged an hourly rate of $100-$120. Consulting is typically $120 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is typically to speak over the phone to get a good idea of expectations and timing. The second step would typically be to meet, review information and discuss a strategy for the accounting or to prepare the returns and then discuss the results. After all documents are complete we would then plan for the current year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. I went on to pass the Certified Public Accountant exam.
