Came bright and early at the very beginning of the time frame that I was given. was very quick to fix the problem, which turned out to be a wiring issue. He explained everything clearly for me to understand and double-check and inspected the air conditioning unit. He was amazing. If I have any other issues I definitely would use precise temperature control again.
