I liked his knowledge about the product. He was punctual, researched the needed part and promptly informed me of the price of the part. I asked for his professional opinion and he gave me the repair history of that particular model and the basis for his opinion. I was not pressured to except his opinion. I especially liked the fact that he left the appliance in the same condition as he found it.
