- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always make sure my prices are fare. I give discounts for veterans and others through out the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out and talk with the customer and answer any questions they have. I will give a free estimate with a break down of the entire job. If your are satisfied I will work around your schedule to complete the job in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have thirty years in the construction industry. I'm also certified in home inspections.
