- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pet sitting is 20 minutes for $14. Dog walking is $14 for 20 minutes and $18 for 30 minutes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come for an introductory visit, which is free to the customer. At that time, we take down all the information we need to do the job. We do have a contract that we fill out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an uncertified vet tech for one year where I worked in a veterinary hospital. I also worked at a veterinary emergency hospital for 3 months. However, I do tell people I am NOT a technician.
