We interface with the insurance carrier using a shared pricing tool called xactimate. Which is a zip code specific pricing tool the insurance companies utilize. Using this tool speaks their language efficiently and reduces payment headaches for the insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free Inspection, first and foremost. Then understanding what is needed to be done at the home or commercial building, then presenting a very detailed estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
