Jack came out the same day I called and arrived early. He diagnosed the issue and, although parts were needed, it was a new dryer and LG agreed to replace it. I did not need the parts or a return visit and he did not make it an issue. I would definitely use them again.

They diagnosed the problem as soon as they came over. Ordered the part and had it sent to my house. As soon as we received it, they came the next day to install it. I would go with them again, very good work!
