Rod responded to us within 15 minutes and scheduled a service time. Rod arrived on time and after troubleshooting the problem with our washer he told us we would be better served to buy a new washer, as the cost of the repair would be close to cost of a new one. I would highly recommend Rod to anyone looking for appliance service.

I cannot recommend Rod, the appliance repair technician, highly enough! He truly went above and beyond to fix my dishwasher issues and provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. Rod quickly identified and resolved the problem with my dishwasher, ensuring everything was in perfect working order before he left. Not only did Rod fix the primary issue, but he also discovered a nearby problem with a damaged P-Trap. Remarkably, he took the initiative to replace it without charging me anything extra.
