Rod responded to us within 15 minutes and scheduled a service time. Rod arrived on time and after troubleshooting the problem with our washer he told us we would be better served to buy a new washer, as the cost of the repair would be close to cost of a new one. I would highly recommend Rod to anyone looking for appliance service.

I cannot recommend Rod, the appliance repair technician, highly enough! He truly went above and beyond to fix my dishwasher issues and provided exceptional service throughout the entire process.
