The owner responded in a timely manner when booking and sending invoices.. The driver was 15 mins late and the bus was warm, little uncomfortable. The driver was nice, he was quiet. The bus was clean. We did wipe the floor down after from the leaking ice from the keg and the guys spilling a bit so not to get charged a cleaning fee. I would use this service again.

Setting up the bus was great! He always answered any of my questions promptly and professional. There were only two things to say that are negative. First, was the tardiness. The driver sat in front of the wrong address for 20 minutes before actually looking at the address. Needless to say, we were late to the game. It was really warm on the bus. Didn't seem like the air was working correctly. But that is minor. My thing was not being on time.
