- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is always factors that don’t come up as you work further into projects that might not be on the overall initial quote, that’s the 20% overages charge that may or may not end up on the final bill based off the different obstacles that might arise during project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure we’re a good fit and we’ll get to what the customers want within a timely manner and cost effective options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the business for almost 15 years in and out of warehouses, Lawncare, supply chain companies, driving equipment, and have always been a hands on person.
