WARNING! I have had Fresh Looks Home do 3 different projects for me on 3 homes around the Holland area. 1. A roof project was done improperly after the first snow fall we had leaking roof, damaged drywall etc. Some work was re-done, but damage has not be fully corrected. 2. A drywall project that was appx 5 weeks late past completion and was still not finished. I had them come down probably 6-8 times to "finish" the job, they would visit, or not show up at all. In the end I had to hire another company to "finish" because Charles had promised me to clean up whatever little bits needed work after priming I paid him in full. Biggest mistake I made. 3.Another roof project in holland. The workers out there tried to pry open my garage door with a crowbar or some other tool. I notified Charles immediately. He told me he ordered the new panel and would be shipped in a couple weeks. This was back in Oct. I was promised multiple times since then specific days for the door being put in and installed. Each time a LIE. turns out the panel damaged cannot be ordered and I will be stuck with the cost of an entire new garage door. Charles wont answer the phone, does not tell the truth when it comes to schedule or work to be done. I would not trust this company to do a proper job for you, I would not trust them to do the job when they say, and I would not trust them to actually complete the job or repair anything on your house they damage while working on something else. This has been my experience with Fresh Looks. AVOID them because you can have no idea what to believe or not. If anyone wants info or pictures to back up my claims you are welcome to contact me.

Charles, Sorry for your frustrations. Never our intention to have an unhappy customer. Yes we had issues ordering your garage door panel. However instead of replacing your panel, we replaced the entire 16 x 7' door. We also replaced the track inside and torsion bar. There were a few buckling shingles on this roof and we came out and replaced those as well. The flat roof that leaked was due to nails and sticks on the flat roof. We removed these and took care of the leak. I have always made right with the situations and never let them go. Again sorry about the frustrations on these jobs.

I had fresh look homes build an all seasons porch for me this past summer. I had 3 other companies come out and quote me a price and ETA on completion of the job. I chose to use fresh look because they had the most competitive price and best timeline for finish. The porch consisted of, siding, 8 Windows, lights, French doors entering from the house and a screen door exiting the porch to the outside, shingles, carpet inside, and Eve's trough. Fresh look also installed a new garage door for me. All this was done in 5 days. The team was extremely professional and very helpful. They worked on this when I was at work. They even let my dog outside for me every day. I was very pleased with the job. They also did a kitchen remodel on my friends house. I will be using them again this summer for a new roof. I get compliments all the time on my porch. It was a pleasure working with this company and I will use them from now on for any of my home repairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we do mostly remodels and instead of new construction we do not have a standard price list. However we will come take a look at your project and provide an estimate very promptly!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather all the necessary information and set up a time for a free estimate. Our turn times on estimates are within 24 hours of our visits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Best training is experience. We sell and execute a ton of home remodeling. In doing so you quickly learn what issues comes up and the best way to handle the situation
