FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no hourly fee for an agent. We don't make a dime until you close on your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to sit down with new clients. During our initial face to face meeting we get to chat about what the needs, wants and goals are for them. It also helps us begin to develop our working relationship. Educating my clients on the current market, in the area of they are looking in, is also an integral part of this meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in the state of MI as a Real Estate Agent. If you are relocating I can also help there. Being the over achiever that I am, I always have a lot more credits than I need for my yearly requirement of con-ed. With that in mind, I am also in the process of receiving my Accredited Buyers Agent, and Military Relocation Specialist Designations. You can never learn to much and all the knowledge obtained always works to your advantage. I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. It is ingrained in my nature after over 20 years to keep the bottom line of my clients in mind. If something is amiss on your closing documents I will spot right away upon my review.
