- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can very tricky with different needs. Lighting and sound are the most difficult because you may need more than just a typical set up. It is best to get a quote if you're looking to change the color of an entire room or needs sound for more than 200 people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a phone interview is efficient for small events. Weddings or huge events will need a written expectations sheet filled out. Weddings are especially detailed and will require open lines of communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the music business for over 30 years. I have done all types of events and I have years of experience MC-ing cooperate events and hosting games shows.
