I was having some significant electrical issues with voltage drops and tripped breakers. I reached out to Key City expecting it to be a catastrophic issue and requested a diagnostic and if it turned out to be my load centers, a quote to replace. A series of tests were performed and the issue pointed to an upstream issue with Xcel. It turned out to be a significant issue with the line between the pole and my house, which Xcel replaced and I haven't had any issues since. Key City did an exceptional job pinpointing the problem and provided direct contact information if Xcel had questions or couldn't find an issue. They've earned a customer for life! Thank You!
