Attorney Todd Kenyon provided me with excellent counsel. After our initial consult, I became positive about the outcome. He was very prompt in returning all of my messages. Then at court, he truly shined. He handled everything quickly and the settlement was better than I expected. I would definitely recommend Todd to my family and friends.
Nick is a great attorney. He is just like Perry Mason. He really cares about his clients and will fight for you. I hired him for a case that lasted almost three years. He fought until the end. He met with me alot more during this time them other attorneys without having to pay more money. I was charged with two very serious felony counts that could have put me in prison from 20-40 years. He proved my innocence through great detective work and the best trial work I have ever seen in real life and not on tv. Hire Nick, he is not like any attorney you have ever met or heard about. There isn't any better heart and fight than Nick.
Mr. Beaulier did an excellent job with my DUI case. The case was handled professionally with a better outcome than I would have expected with other lawyers. Thank You Maury!
Mark represented me in a DUI case - and while not proud to admit - given it was a 2nd offense, I was relying very heavily on Mark's expertise. While Mark was re-assuring and supportive, he was also very matter of fact outlining clearly to me the law and his personal expectations of the case. He represented me in court and appealed to the judge on my character as a professionally employed individual and father and family man. In summary, I am quite sure that without Mark's representation my situation could have been quite difficult. I do not think I received any preferential treatment by the court - but I'm quite sure Marks representation was beneficial. I hope to never rely on his professional experience as an attorney again, but have NO hesitation in recommending him should someone experience a similarly challenging situation.
Had a Dwi, hired Mark and that was the best thing I had ever done. His is well knowledgeable in this field. From the get go he has been veey honest and set expectations. He has been genuine, honest and available when I had a question even after my judgment been passed. I am confident he had/has my intrest as a priority and sincerely advise anyone to give him a try .. in my books his the BEST !
Ethan was, without a doubt, the best choice when selecting an attorney to make dealing with an unfortunate circumstance as pleasant as possible. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but helpful, understanding and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Ethan Meaney of the DWI Guys to anyone seeking superior representation.
The one and only lawyer that we can trust 100%. My husband and I did not look around for other lawyer's, something just told us that we can trust Alyssa Nguyen, and sure enough everything that she told us word for word, came out to be that way, in a good way. I recommend anyone to Alyssa Nguyen for there lawyer. 😊
We are recognized as leaders in Minnesota criminal defense matters. We have earned the respect of our peers, and many of our clients are referred to us by local attorneys. Trust your defense to our criminal lawyers and invest in your future. Some of the critical issues that must be addressed in criminal cases include: - Were your constitutional rights were violated? - Was evidence properly seized? - Was there reasonable suspicion for a stop? - Was an arrest made that violated your 4th amendment rights against unreasonable search and seizure? - Did the police explain your right to be silent before you were questioned? - Was there a proper chain of custody for the evidence seized? Fighting a criminal case can be very complicated. Did you know that many cases are dismissed on technicalities? Your criminal lawyer must have knowledge of the court system and know the different personalities of judges and prosecutors. Our criminal defense lawyers' expertise includes successful representation in federal, state, and juvenile courts on issues related to embezzlement, child molestation, fraud, rape, theft, murder, drugs, domestic violence, vehicular manslaughter, sex crimes, weapons, and many others. Because our criminal lawyers take their responsibility very seriously, we are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Our criminal lawyers have rightfully earned the respect of judges, prosecutors, and police officers as aggressive criminal attorneys who are not afraid to challenge them on tough cases and constitutional issues. As a matter of fact, in large part, many other attorneys refer their criminal cases to our office because of the well-deserved reputation of our criminal lawyers.
