- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At MN Metro Construction LLC, we start every project with a free consultation and estimate to understand your goals, budget, and design ideas. Once details are agreed on, we provide a clear proposal and schedule the work. The owner is on-site daily to ensure quality and communication throughout the project. We finish with a final walkthrough to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in the concrete and masonry trade. Over the years, I’ve developed my skills through on-the-job training, certifications, and real-world experience working on both residential and commercial projects. My background has given me a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship, structural integrity, and attention to detail—skills I apply to every project I take on.
