BZ services did a assembly a baby crib, and bed frame today, they came on time and work quality is amazing and responsiveness + professional handyman. I hired only 1 guy but they came 2 guys with their equipment ready. My son will sleep his crib tonight. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I highly recommend them.Dec 6, 2018Verified
Responded quickly. Came out for an estimate. Gave good suggestions and offered to do some research. Responded with suggestions. We scheduled a time a few days away. They complete the job within their time frame, and came in just under budget.Feb 13, 2019Verified
Quick and friendly response to my emails and installed a ceiling fan with no issues. Plus he took the time to answer questions we had concerning other jobs. Would definitely call for his service again.May 31, 2019Verified
From the quality of the work to the overall communication, it was a fantastic experience. I can't wait to have them back for another "to do" list.Jun 2, 2019Verified
Paul showed up when he said he would, did the job for a fair price, and when I needed a bit more help, he was there to help me. What more do you need?May 28, 2019Verified
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Making sure that the customer and their issues or ideas are my main focus at that point in time. By providing feedback based on experience about their issues or ideas. Also walking them through the process of what to expect and what not to expect from the start of their project to the end of their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?15 years a press/facility maintenance tech.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was a 3rd shift set up tech working for this injection molding company. On 3rd shift we never had a maintenance tech around so if a machine started to act up all we would did was shut it down and send out an email to maintenance requesting them to fix the machine. That drove me crazy all that downtime so I started to stick around pass my shift to talk to the maintenance guys about what to do if the machines started acting up. Next thing you know I am the 3rd shift unofficial maintenance tech. Eventually I was officially hired on as a maintenance tech and did that for the next 15 years.
