- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can almost always do the job next day, with only a 10% deposit (never give half down under pressure. What if they don't bring exactly what you ordered and bump you 30 days? You can get really stuck.). If we can come to an agreement on my first trip, you will receive a huge discount as well. I will match any competitor price, but here's the kicker ... they very likely can NOT match our customer service model, warranties or selection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just zap me a txt, we'll agree on a time convenient for you, I will meticulously diagram your home, show you samples and give you ALL-INCLUSIVE pricing. You will be on your way to a great deal and a great new floor in a flash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a carpet installer as a young man, I've been an entrepreneur and Sales Professional for nearly 40 yrs since.
