My reply reads I am glad you were pleased with our customer service, and the rest of your home looked great except for a couple of areas that could have used more elbow grease. As much as we strive for perfection, we realize perfection is humanly impossible and a figment of the imagination this is one of many reasons why we offer our Service Quality Guarantee. I’ve had my house cleaned about 6 times now and have always been pleased with the result. I like that they try to send the same person out each time, so they get to know my home and it makes it an easy and comfortable experience. The work done was OK. The cleaner didn't do everything that he was supposed to before he said he said his hours were up. My girls said he went on "break" a lot. Also I did have some trash bags in the kitchen that he moved to the outside but on the side of the house that he didn't tell us about. So we didn't know they were there until the next day. This was the first time using this cleaning service and scheduling and email notifications went very well but then their cleaning wasn't exactly as I expected.Dec 17, 2018VerifiedDynamic Duo Cleaning's reply
Hi Soua, I am sorry your cleaning did not go as expected, but in all fairness, we were side blinded upon arrival. You hired us to do a move out clean, and upon arrival, your home (with all due respect) was in deplorable condition with mice issues and fully furnished. We take before and after pictures of all our work for this very reason. Our service professional did not take a personal break, instead he (clocked out) and went outside to call the office on two different occasions regarding your home. Your home was quoted based on an unfurnished home ready to be cleaned (please look at what you requested). A lot more time was needed then you approved. Sincerely, ~ Dynamic Duo Cleaning

Instead, our primary focus is to provide a well-insured service with top-notch professionals who continuously ensure unsurpassed quality every step of the way. Recurring Service We offer up to 35% off on recurring cleanings, the more frequent we visit your home or office, the more of a discount you will receive. We also offer bundle discounts when you hire us to do multiple services, i.e., carpet-steam-cleaning, and housekeeping or office cleaning. Our Rates We offer service packages for recurring service that are based on a set fee per visit, and hourly for organizing, intense cleanings move-outs, deep, and post-construction. Unlike other cleaning service's, we happily provide Eco-friendly supplies at no additional cost to you.
