Poppy is totally warm and welcoming and sweet. I met with her when I had never done yoga before and was considering private lessons. She even taught me some basic yoga breathing. I couldn’t afford private lessons in the end, but anyone whose business hires her is very lucky! She also offers some type of recharging/recentering/energy work session (I don’t remember how to describe it) but I was very interested and still may do it in the future. I don’t even want to pay for full price yoga classes so I should expect not to be able to afford private classes. But I am sure the classes for businesses are well worth it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our meditation/sound bowl classes are easy to access. At $20.00 a session you can come and get your calm on for a low prices.
Our elite healings like Life Activation run around $200.00. a session. An hour of Reiki is $150.00
We also have spiritual workshops that range between $50 - $1399.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come on in and try us out! You can sign up for a sound bowl class and we can talk about what you are personally looking for after class.
We offer a path for spiritual progression.
