- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer classes between $120.00 and $350.00 based on the type of class. We also give discounts if we start a long term relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat about what the needs of the person who is hiring us for a class. We can set up a phone call or meet in person. I usually explain what we do as a company and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree and also a Yoga teacher certification. I worked in the corporate setting for 8 years.
