I hired Elite Exclusion LLC for bat and mouse exclusion work and paid upfront based on the stated 1-year warranty. While some initial work was completed, the project became a long cycle of repeated reschedules, missed appointments, and poor communication. The real problems began after payment was made. Continued activity remained, a final bat entry point was still unresolved, and I was also seeking a final inspection for any additional areas that may have been missed. During the active warranty period, recent messages were read but ignored. At one point, I filed a credit card dispute due to the lack of follow-through, but I rescinded it after assurances that the remaining issues would be addressed. Those assurances were not fulfilled. I later sought help through Thumbtack, but no meaningful resolution was provided because the platform’s role was limited to requesting voluntary cooperation from the contractor. Because follow-through never happened, I had to purchase materials and finish the incomplete repair myself. My experience was that the promises made up front did not match the service, responsiveness, or accountability afterward. I would not hire this company again and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.
