Julus and his brother were professional and efficient. The initial inspection was thorough - Julus even went up into the crawlspace! They were able to start the very next day and finished sealing the house top to bottom within just a couple of hours. Julus provided education around how mice and squirrels get in and how they would prevent future entry, and they both went above and beyond in resolving our issue - even sealing a broken window in the garage (temporary fix until we can replace it), which was unexpected and appreciated. The fixes happened yesterday so it's too early to say if what they did fully resolved the issue, but the year guarantee puts us at ease. Mice have been an ongoing issue (every six months or so) for years, and it's a weight off to have it so thoroughly handled now. We highly recommend Elite Exclusion.

This company exceeded every expectation that I had. I reached out after hearing some strange noises in my home, and from the very first interaction, I was blown away by the professionalism and care. The technician Julius came out and walked me through both the interior and exterior of my house. I wasn’t looking to know all the details , but he took the time to educate me on rodent patterns and explained exactly what was happening inside, knowledge I didn’t expect but appreciated.
We scheduled a follow up appointment, and he returned to seal every entry point with precision. What really impressed me was his commitment to making sure the issue was fully resolved. He even came back to inspect after a week to make sure there was no lingering activity. That level of thoroughness is rare in my experience .

Julus came out to inspect and then seal my 1930s stucco house when we noticed a mouse had come in during the recent cold weather. He knew what to look for and thoroughly made sure the interior and exterior was sealed. He also showed me where mice usually enter a home. It’s clear he has experience and an eye for detail.
