- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on actual sq ft. Some contractors charge install for the extra 10% of material they don't install. You should only have to pay for the service provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is one of the places where you will see the difference working with us. We'll set up a time to do an in home estimate. We'll listen to your needs and address them and talk you through the process. When we have your estimate ready, we'll call you to go over it so we can answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did on the job training for 5 years, learning the details of flooring. Allen our lead installer, previously managed several stores with LL Flooring. Elliot is our current apprentice as we believe apprenticeship is the way to pass on skills to a new generation of craftsmen/women.
