- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our charges are straightforward: $26 (plus tax) for a half-hour visit, $35(plus tax) for an hour visit. We offer a discount - buy 4 weekday half-hour or hour walks, get a weekday walk free in the same week. We also do in-home overnight sits at $70/night (plus tax). All prices are good for 2 dogs or 3 cats. Other services are listed on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a free meet and greet in the pet's home so that the owner(s) can meet us and ask questions, we can meet the pet(s), and paperwork can be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an avid reader and internet surfer. I'm always looking for new information and new ways of doing things. Dog and cat care is very intuitive, so these endeavors are very helpful. I and one of my employees also recently received our certification from the Red Cross in pet first aid. I have owned cats all my life and grew up with dogs. All employees have pet ownership experience.
