FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are based on your combined income and assets. If these are less than $2 million then the maximum fee is $1000 per quarter. The fee can be lower based in complexity and the minimum fee is $150 per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sit down for an initial meeting where my goal is to learn about you, discuss the areas you are concerned about, and get an understanding of your financial goals. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about me and my approach so you can make sure you would be comfortable with me as your advisor. Assuming we think it is worth moving forward we would then have a second conversation where we would gather the detailed information needed for me to complete my work. I would prepare a report with recommendations specific to your needs and review this with you. Depending on the service you would sign up for there could be ongoing touch points and updates as your situation changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My bachelors degree is in Accounting . In 2017, I completed the certificate of financial planning certificate course from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. I have my series 65 license which is a license for providing financial advice. I have also passed the CFP exam but am still accruing the required hours needed to use the CFP designation.
