Communication is the key to your complete Satisfaction ! I pride myself on getting to know my clients on a professional yet personal level to guarantee myself that I can do the best job possible for you and your family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to a to least speak to my clients directly before we work together and if possible I'd love to have a personal walkthrough with my client on the first day of working . We at Handygals believe with any client new or existing all of thier needs deserve the proper dedication and attention! So we work diligently to complete your project in a timely manner and strive for your complete satisfaction. My next step is of course clean up and final walkthrough. If the client is satisfied I see if future bookings are wanted and schedule them .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
45 years of hands on training! 1 year old cable & wiring @ IRCC , 6 months of home & auto insurance training
