Plenty of elbow room to relax and entertain, where it was once loud and crowded to the point of nerve racking. The curb appeal is great. Our house has never been so warm (existing furnace was not changed out) - no cold spots, no ice dams (a first). We interviewed 5 general contractors to rehab our home, we did not know Morgan until we met to discuss this work. Morgan is a top shelf person of honor and integrity, he lives up to his commitments and his finished product is outstanding. My wife and I would reccomend Morgan for any home construction project (and have). Thanks Morgan - job well done.Mar 15, 2015Verified
Morgan did an excellent job walking through us in every section of the renovation project. He tried to set our expectations appropriately given the size of the renovation and how much money is required. Your dollar definitely doesn't seem to go as far as the typical homeowner feels it should, but the craftsmanship that Morgan and his team have is excellent. I would recommend him as a reference and will definitely consult him on future projects.Jul 9, 2018Verified
We found that Morgan was easy to communicate with. He was very positive, he listened to our ideas and created a design that more than met our needs.Jun 26, 2018Verified
Morgan did an entire great room - kitchen remodel with walls taken down. i wanted a center island with table height seating. He was the only one who was willing to put this in place. We love our great room. What I loved was that he was spot on in timing. The only delay came in when I realized that we had to adjust height of the convection oven and re-do the cabinet ( measurements were done at cabinet store. The job bid was a bit higher than others. The value added was the personal on site attention from the owner/ designer on a daily basis. He made sure the project was on schedule and to his specs The only thing I would have changed was to have Morgan shop for the granite with me from the start. This would have saved exact pricing guesswork that slab warehouses can't give.Aug 13, 2013
