Hi, I’m Eric! I have over 10 years of experience doing a range of projects from roofing, exterior siding, and gutters to stairs, decks, exterior and interior painting, and cabinets. My rates for small projects are $55/hr for one person, and $95/hr for jobs that require two people. For 2-person jobs, I work with my nephew who is cordial, professional, and skilled. I require a minimum of 2 hours and charge a $50 additional fee if your project is over 30 miles from downtown Saint Paul. For large projects, I am willing to negotiate project-based prices. I value honesty, transparency, and mutual respect in my interactions with my clients and am reliable and professional.

I wish I could give him 10 stars for installing new windows in our 100 year old house! Erick is very responsive and professional! He showed up at the time he said he would and completed the job on time! He and his helper are meticulous and double checked throughout the install process to ensure we were happy with the way the windows looked! We are beyond happy with the way the windows turned out! We already have him coming back to do some more work at our house!!!!
