Our normal process would be to set up a time to meet and discuss the client's expectations and then tour the properties involved.

I’ve owned investment properties for 17 years and have worked as a realtor for 15. Over time, I recognized a gap in the market—a need for high-quality, personalized property management services that large, warehouse-style companies often overlook. This inspired me to offer a more tailored, hands-on approach to property management on a smaller scale.
