So glad we chose Magical Moments to DJ our wedding! They are the nicest people to work with and are so experienced in their field. They not only were able to coordinate perfectly with our other vendors for our ceremony, they got everyone out on the dance floor having a blast during the reception. From the playlist to the games, everyone was super involved and enjoying themselves and we had the time of our lives! As a side note, my wife and I had very limited experience planning events so we both were extremely nervous and confused regarding the logistics of everything (how will the DJ know when to play what song while the wedding party is walking down the aisle? How will they know when we’re going to do our unity ceremony? etc). Nick and Nikki put us so at ease and everything could not have gone more perfectly! At our last meeting prior to the wedding, Nikki also told us she has an emergency kit in case anything happens and told us not to worry. She said she’s seen it all and if my wife’s bustle breaks or someone spills something on her, she would be there to help. This gave us such reassurance and her kit ended up coming on handy! Our florist had mistakenly given us one too many corsages and a couple too few boutonnières. Nikki was able to help put together a couple boutonnières and totally saved the day!! Couldn’t recommend these two more highly!! (Oh and they also happen to be soooo affordable compared to all the other quotes we received. Again, they’re just the best!)

I am so glad we had Magical Moments DJ as our DJs at our wedding! They were really awesome to work with. Very excellent quality of work, great communication before and the day of the event. As we had an interracial marriage, we wanted a mix of songs representing both sides and they were super eager to try out Bollywood songs and did a great job with it! They were punctual, came well in advance and setup their equipment. They went with the flow as we had to move our ceremony indoors last minute due to rain, but they made the transition seamlessly. They were there the entire day and made our ceremony, the grand march, reception and send off such a fun and memorable experience! Thank you Nick and Nikki!

I so rarely write reviews. Nick and Nikki ooze care and dedication to their craft--attention to customer service that is frequently lacking in our society. They brought energy and fun to our event and evident they truly love what they do. They included significant time prior to our event to learn our style and personally connected with our reception venue to ensure smooth operation. We had no doubt we picked the right DJ and they far exceeded any DJ I've experienced. They felt like long-time friends. I cannot begin to sing the praises of Magical Moments DJ Service! Nick and Nikki outdid themselves as the DJs at my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary party. Besides braving the worst winter storm Wisconsin has seen in years to be there, they were extremely professional and offered us the most entertaining dance I have ever attended. Weather forced us to shorten our night but they took it in stride and kept our guests on the dance floor the entire time. No small feat! Their musical selections were exactly on point with what we wanted, and they even found a more obscure polka we requested that brought back a lot of memories for our family. Nick skillfully kept the kids entertained on the dance floor, and even incorporated both the children and the adults for a couple of very fun dance times. They even addressed our concerns about overall volume, keeping the dance music at a level that was still lively but where those who wanted to visit instead of dance at the party could do so without difficulty. We especially wanted someone who would not just play music but also entertain our guests, and that is exactly what we got. Nick and Nikki were out talking to our guests, taking requests, and constantly checking in with us to make sure they were getting things right. They definitely got it right, and the compliments we got from our party guests proved it. We could not have been happier with our decision to hire Magical Moments DJ Service. I highly recommend them!

We have tried to make our price points affordable for anyone with a smaller budget. If you do have any questions about our pricing we will be happy to answer them for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our clients to get to know them and go over the details of there event if possible. Communication is key! The more we can plan for your event with you the less stress it will be on the big day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between the two employees we have a total of 4 1/2 years of previous experience providing musical entertainment.
