About
Welcome to Northland Air where we make all your heating, cooling, and air quality needs a breeze! Northland Air is a veteran owned business and is a safety, quality, and honesty focused company. We'll always lay out the facts and options that you as a home owner or business owner have. Some of my competitors are cheaper, but I feel they do not offer the same promptness and quality as we do. We install quality products like Bosch, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, and AirTemp and do have many other options we can look into if your have a brand you're determined on. We take our time to make sure our work is done correctly and by the manufacturer standards and codes. Northland Air offers a 1 year labor warranty on all service calls regardless of install, diagnostic, or repair. Parts are always OEM.

Very motivated, friendly, and understanding with the time period we're in at this moment with prices. Had a very rare problem with my furnace took them a little bit to figure exactly what was causing it and never gave up. The whole time was very commutative with the process keeping me updated the whole time. Would definitely recommend Northland Air to anyone that wants fast and honest work done.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All dispatch fees are $125 for normal business hours. This covers my commute and 1 hour of diagnosing (diagnostics typically take about a half hour, but every house is different and some systems are very complex and can take some time to diagnose so I add an additional half hour). For after-hours, weekends and holidays we charge $175. Northland Air charges $125 for installation quotes, which I am more than willing to deduct from the overall quoted price if you decide to move forward with us. The price of labor per hour is $125 and can be divided in half hour increments. All preventative maintenance/cleanings/tune ups are $108 besides boiler/hydronic systems- Northland Air charges $125 for boilers/hydronic systems. We offer a 10% veterans/existing military member discount on all services. Just present your VA card, CAC card, Veterans ID card or DD214 upon payment and we'll be more than happy to honor it!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process usually begins with a phone call. We first need to figure out if the customer is in our service area- we'll ask a few questions regarding physical and email addresses, dial-in our customer's issues, needs, and wants and decide an appointment date that would work best for the home owner/business and Northland Air. On the day of the appointment prior to us dispatching, we'll give a courtesy call and a ETA to the customer- this confirms the appointment is still on and gives the customer a better idea of when we will show up!
