- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide an excellent, top notch service that is often costs less than the national average as well as the state average for the same services. We are also flexible on our prices for repeat customers. We also offer hourly rates for repeat customers that have a list of tasks that need to be done (as in the case of property management needs). By choosing Twin Ports Construction & Remodeling you are getting a premium service at an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As far as working with new customers on Thumbtack, we typically look at the scope of the work and if it is a job that we are 100% sure we can do correctly, efficiently and profitably we then reach out to the customer with a general estimate, if that estimate is acceptable we establish a time to perform the work and it goes from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a two-year machine tool technician program at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College in Superior Wisconsin in 2010. The program focused on educating and preparing students to become machinists, computer-aided design technicians, drafters, computer numerical control programmers and many other positions within the manufacturing fields. I found that many of the courses I completed at W.I.T.C. as well as the experience I gained while working in the manufacturing field is easily transferable to the construction trades. I personally love building and fixing things, I have an eye for detail and problem solving is one of my strongest attributes.
