- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing on monthly subscriptions. Discounts may apply depending on location and size of the property being serviced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically assess customer's needs over the phone, set them up with the perfect pest package, and have a technician out for an initial service within days, not weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are MDA certified for structural and commercial applications for a variety of pests. Most service staff hold multiple licenses in each category. Continuing education and annual renewals are ongoing requirements for all staff.
