I contacted this pest control company after hearing noises above our ceiling in our older home in the Central St. Paul area. We suspected that something was living between the ceiling and attic floor joists, and I needed a company that could help investigate and address the problem.From the first phone call, their team was friendly, responsive, and professional. They quickly provided information by email explaining their services and what they could do to help. I appreciated this because other companies I contacted either never returned my calls or were unclear about the services they offered. One company even sent a technician out only for him to tell me they couldnt perform the type of work I had specifically asked about over the phone.The service was more pricier than anticipated around $800but the benefit was that they continued working with me until the issue was addressed. They were honest about the process and set realistic expectations when additional appointments were needed.As the situation developed, we discovered that squirrels had damaged part of the roof fascia and created an entry point into the home. Because the home is older and surrounded by trees, it likely made the property more attractive to squirrels. To fully solve the problem, I also had to coordinate with a siding contractor to repair and seal the damaged area. Timing was challenging because we needed to make sure the squirrels were no longer inside before closing the opening, and weather delays and scheduling issues with the contractor extended the process.The pest control company successfully trapped a squirrel, although we suspected there may have been more than one. Throughout the process, they checked in to see whether we were still hearing activity. Since I dont work from home, my partner helped monitor the noises during the day and provided updates.By the end of the service, the activity had significantly decreased. While we occasionally still hear some noises, it is nowhere near as frequent or disruptive as before. The technicians were honest in explaining that some sounds in older homes can have causes other than wildlife, and they did not try to oversell additional services.Overall, I appreciated their professionalism, communication, and willingness to work with us through a complicated situation. Wildlife issues in older homes can be difficult to resolve, especially when repairs from multiple contractors are involved, but this company was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a similar pest or wildlife problem.
