Phil called me immediately after I submitted my request and we discussed the projects I had in mind on the phone and scheduled a zero trip charge house call for the quote. He showed up on time and after looking over the faucets and shutoff valves, gave me a quote with bundle discount. The price was very reasonable. I accepted it on the spot and he went on to replace 2 faucets, 2 shutoff valves, 1 water intake pipe and completed in about 3 hours. He also helped me reset my water softener regeneration frequency free of charge. Very happy with his service and professionism.

On the Sunday before Labor Day, we had a pin hole leak in a pipe right after the main shut off valve. We had to shut our water off to the whole house. We called around and no one could come until Monday. Then we received a response from Philip saying he could come out and take a look. He arrived very quickly and had the pipe piece replaced in no time at all. Considering it was 7pm on a Sunday night, his price was very fair. We would absolutely reach out to him for our next plumbing job, emergent or not. Thanks Philip and Calm Waters Plumbing!
