Phil called me immediately after I submitted my request and we discussed the projects I had in mind on the phone and scheduled a zero trip charge house call for the quote. He showed up on time and after looking over the faucets and shutoff valves, gave me a quote with bundle discount. The price was very reasonable. I accepted it on the spot and he went on to replace 2 faucets, 2 shutoff valves, 1 water intake pipe and completed in about 3 hours. He also helped me reset my water softener regeneration frequency free of charge. Very happy with his service and professionism.
