Ryan did exactly what we needed done - removing a steel railing that ran the length of the sidewalk. His price was reasonable for the project and didn’t change from his estimate, which we appreciate! One star removed because I had to chase him down a little to get him nailed down after hiring him. Initial communication was “the end of the week or early next week” and I had to contact him when both of those dates passed. He finally did come out and do the work and we were satisfied!
