FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client reaches out, my process is designed to be clear and simple. Initial Consultation I start with a complimentary 15 to 20-minute phone consultation. This is our chance to chat about your organizing needs, your goals for the space, and any specific challenges you're facing. It also helps me understand the scope of the project and allows you to decide if I'm the right fit for you. The Organizing Session This is where we get to work! We'll declutter, sort, and organize your space together. I'll provide hands-on guidance and advice, and we'll create systems that are easy for you to maintain long-term. My goal is to teach you the skills to stay organized long after I'm gone. I'm ready to help whenever you are. Just let me know when you'd like to schedule our initial call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a strong foundation of education and hands-on experience to my work. I hold a bachelor's degree from Minnesota State University. Beyond my formal education, I’ve completed extensive training and mentorship to hone my skills. This includes: 25+ hours of mentorship with a seasoned veteran in the organizing field. Specialized training in packing techniques to ensure your belongings are secure and organized. Dedicated training on working with brain-based disorders, allowing me to offer sensitive and effective solutions for all my clients. My personal experiences, coupled with my formal training, allow me to provide compassionate and practical solutions for your organizing needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a passion for creating peaceful, organized spaces. For years, friends and family encouraged me to turn this passion into a business, seeing how much I enjoyed helping them bring a sense of calm and order to their homes. After helping countless people create more functional and serene environments, I realized this was more than just a hobby—it was a calling. So, I decided to formally launch my business to share my love for organizing with a wider community. Now, I'm dedicated to helping others find that same sense of peace and tranquility in their own homes.
