Over my more than 17-year career, people have asked me how I have remained successful in the real estate industry for so many years, and my answer is that it goes back to something one of my high school teachers told me, "Find something you enjoy doing so much you would do it for free and figure out how to make a living doing that." This resonates with me to this day.
