About
With over 20 years in business, I focus on doing honest, high‑quality masonry, stucco, and repair work at a fair price. I’m known for finding and fixing the leaks and issues others can’t, and for giving real options that fit your situation—often without the huge “tear it all out” costs you’ve been quoted elsewhere.
I offer free, on-site estimates because seeing your project in person and understanding your vision is essential to getting it right. I rarely raise prices due to “unknowns” and I don’t look for excuses to add charges. My goal is to meet your needs at the lowest reasonable cost, knowing that word of mouth is what keeps my business going.

Tim and crew did an amazing job on our patio, where the pavers got massively disrupted by a septic tank replacement. They really went the extra mile to make sure that not just the pavers that were removed were all out back into their original form, but they also went out of their way to fix up some parts of the patio that weren’t directly destroyed by the septic tank project. Would highly recommend!

If you are like me and are a homeowner with an old house (or any house!), lots on the to do list, and tired of getting multi-thousand dollar overpriced quotes when all you want is to give all your work to a contractor who is fair priced and walks the talk, look no further.
I am extremely pleased with Tim’s work and his process. He provided a free and low-hassle onsite quote (I didn’t even need to be around) with extensive explanation and education on options. He truly backs up what his profile says - he was the lowest cost and was clearly not trying to make me go bankrupt. He warranties his work and is confident in the quality seeing as he collects no down payment up front.
Before he even left the worksite I asked him to look at another project because I hope to hire him again in the future.
Point blank - hire this guy.

Tim did patchwork on our stucco home. He was very knowledgeable and the work was done well. It was a good experience working with him.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and figure out what would be an expected cost for repair then make sure I'm well below that as I'm small enough to be cheapest by large margin yet have a larger profit margin do to lower over head.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening, educating, explaining and performing in a manner acceptable to what home/business owner is comfortable with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
bought, repaired and sold over 40 homes. Been in this business since junior high. I have studied along with hands on experience in all things construction related from below concrete floor right threw the attic door and can provide understanding first before performing repairs with owners investment and bottom line coming first and not my ability to get the most I can out of any situation.
