I was born and raised in Manchester, England. At the age of 17 I took an apprenticeship that developed my love of interiors and decorating. This apprenticeship led to a career of 30+ years in the wall covering and decorating industry. Throughout my career I have amassed a wealth of knowledge in my field and I am constantly honing my craft and refining my technique. After a move across the pond, I am now offering my services to the state of Minnesota and the upper midwest specializing in wallpaper hanging. I only have good things to say about our experience working with Gary. He helped us problem solve and order wallpaper for our space and was able to install it very quickly. Gary managed to give the giant, empty bathroom at the office some much needed character.

Scheduling response time and communication was excellent. Completed project has a completely professional finished look. I wanted to be sure the wallpaper was installed with forethought about the pattern matching and other key elements so that the result was clean and that is what I got. It looks really nice.

Gary is a master of his craft! He responded very quickly to my initial inquiry, fabulous communication! The wallpaper I picked out had a pattern that was hard to work with, it was no challenge for Gary! The wallpaper looks amazing and Gary was fantastic to work with.

We highly recommend Gary! He was quick to respond and was able to schedule around our timeline. He did beautiful work on the wallpaper in the baby nursery. It looks beautiful! Very fair price and excellent work! We will be using him again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find the customers needs, understand and be attentive to all their requirements. This is the customers home remember. If you are good at your job and you follow the above then both customer and you will have a great working relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Spent 4 years at a decorating college on day release. Qualified in City and Guilds with distinction and City and Guilds Advanced craft with merit.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in the U.K. I took an apprenticeship at the age of 17 and have continued to learn new skills since then.
