Jared did a great job. Communication with Modern was great, price was reasonable, and quality of work was top notch. Jared replaced (3) Flowtite water supply valves with stainless lines and 1/4 turn shutoffs for our toilets.

10/10 would recommend Modern Plumbing! We had a previous plumber tell us we needed to install a new gas line so our stove would stick out less. Modern Plumbing came out and was able to recess some of the piping into the wall for less than a 1/4 of the price. Great value and quality service—also very friendly and informative!

Vince and his crew at Modern Plumbing were great to work with on our new bathroom. Even in the busy summer, months they were very responsive and did their best to finish our project in a timely manner. They paid attention to details, and corrected any improvements they thought could be made to get the best result. They stuck with the original quote for payment, which was HUGE for us. Eric and Nate were very kind and polite every time they came to our home to work, and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to complete a project. Some things to work on— it would have been nice to have a document laying out explicitly what we needed to buy to install. We’re new homeowners and definitely not plumbers! When it came to installing a new bathroom, we really weren’t sure what all needed to be purchased when it came to the equipment being installed. They were all extremely responsive to my questions, but perhaps a product sheet to give to clients may be helpful when clients are doing their own buying of equipment. You guys were so sweet and honest. Thanks so much for making our first project as homeowners a success! A & J
