- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Shop around and MEET the people you are thinking about working with. Trust your gut. Although there are many capable techs out there, you are trusting this person with the most important aspect of your business - your data. Make sure you can trust the person, not just their knowledge of networks.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?I am a Microsoft partner and an authorized reseller for most major brands, including but not limited to, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Gateway, HP, Symantec and many more. I do not mark up my hardware or software to my clients. For this reason alone my clients save thousands of dollars every year.
