Introduction
I often freelance with other outsource companies where they bill me out between $125-$150 per hour. I only charge my clients about half of that rate. Same tech, half the rate. I love developing long term relationships with my clients. I have never lost a client due to anything other than a move. A member of the BBB since 2005 I have never had a complaint filed.

Ability I.T. is the absolute best I.T. company we have ever worked with. They have helped us help our clients on site and remotely for several years. Tim is always available and is one of the best in the business! From server reconfigurations, internet security or just getting a VPN running these guys rock! I can't say enough good things about Ability I.T. After working with other I.T.companies, it's nice to know there is someone still in this business that is honest, reliable, and tells it like it is.   • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Shop around and MEET the people you are thinking about working with. Trust your gut. Although there are many capable techs out there, you are trusting this person with the most important aspect of your business - your data. Make sure you can trust the person, not just their knowledge of networks.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I am a Microsoft partner and an authorized reseller for most major brands, including but not limited to, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Gateway, HP, Symantec and many more. I do not mark up my hardware or software to my clients. For this reason alone my clients save thousands of dollars every year.
