Seth is super transparent and has your best interest at mind. I've worked with numerous property management companies in the past and had a bunch of ups and downs but when I found Seth everything leveled out due to his professional approach.
If you are out there looking, from personal experience I can say that Seth is one of the best out there.

One of the best business relationships I've ever had. I've gotten burned by property management companies in the past, and it was really hard for my wife to convince me to try with a new company once more but I'm glad I did.
Always responds to our requests, handles any and all guest issues promptly and professionally, and my wife and I can't speak highly enough of these guys.

For anyone looking for a true professional, you'd be doing yourself a disservice to go with anyone other than Seth Royce. I wish there was an option to put 10 stars here, but I would 10/10 recommend Seth if anyone ever asked me for a property manager recommendation. In all the time I worked with Seth he never let me down.
