  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing will match if not beat any big box company and most "mom and pop" shops. By wanting to make on-site repairs and support more affordable to everyone, we made tech support a more comfortable service for clients to enjoy. Instead of leaving your computer at a shop and trusting they perform the work they said they would, you get to see the work be performed right in front of you. No gimmicks. We also offer memberships that most tech businesses don't offer to allow more affordable continuous support.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    If the client books using our online-booking tool, they will receive an email asking them to sign a contract. The contract has to be signed and accepted before the start of the appointment. Also, if the client hasn't already played for the service, the client is required to pay the service before it starts. If the client reaches out via social media, email, call or other source of contact, we would first request as many details of the issue as possible. After collecting those details, we may try a few troubleshooting techniques before officially making an appointment. If an appointment is required, we will send a contract for the client to sign, and provide an invoice of the service charge. The client is required to pay for the invoice before the service begins. If any service wasn't completed and can't be completed by booking another appointment or 2, then the service fee will be refunded. More details about our Completion Guarantee is provided in the contract for client's to sign.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I got Comp TIA A+ certified through my school. I have had 4 years of school experience from high school and 3 years of experience from Staples.
