My experience with Safe Home Dryer Vent Cleaning was excellent! Glenn was very courteous and professional. There were no hidden fees after the job was done and he did a fantastic job explaining how clogged up dryer vents can cause a multitude of problems, including fire that I wasn't aware of! I'll definitely use this company again and would highly recommend!!

Glenn reached out to me for an appliance install that I requested quotes for (not to his company); he stated he had availability on Wednesday 11/25/20 in the afternoon, which I gladly accepted and was super thankful for. Not sure what happened, but he never showed up and never called me, even after sending messages and leaving a voicemail.
This placed us in a bad situation - we had alternate options, which we declined because of his confirmed availability to have the install before Thanksgiving. Never thought a business would "ghost" a consumer.
