Introduction: I am an independent contractor with nearly 20 years of experience in Minnesota. I am easy to work with, I communicate well and will work with you to achieve the best result possible for your situation. I specialize in kitchen installation. I work with a couple of Certified Kitchen Designers or if you prefer I will work with your designer or big box store. I have a truck and trailer outfitted specifically for kitchen and cabinet installation and an open trailer to remove your old cabinets for disposal. I also have a full wood shop that allows me to fabricate special items, apply finishes (not in your home) and provide extra value to your project. In addition to kitchen installs I also do specialty projects. These are jobs that don't fit neatly into catagories or boxes. I tend to call this Pintrest fulfillment. So if you have a project that nobody seems to want to tackle I might be the solution. I take pride in completing your project to your satisfaction.

I'm buying my second house so I've worked with an inspector before. Bruce was incredibly thorough, and very willing to take the time to educate me on his findings. He's not just taking pics of cracks on the wall, he is doing things like brute force testing the dynamics of the plumbing system to uncover issues that could happen in the near future. If you get the chance definitely spend time chatting with him to gain a wealth of information on what maintenance the home will need. The main reason I chose him was he responded to emails faster than anyone else which to me said that he will be reliable and prompt, and he was! I had a comprehensive report emailed to me that evening with extra info in it about the appliances like the date of manufacture. I'm recommending him to everyone that I know.

We had the challenge of organizing a home inspection in MN while still living in MA. I contacted Bruce based on recommendations I read and he completely won me over with our very first conversation. He was incredibly accommodating on basically 2 days notice and explained everything he would do very clearly and when I could expect the results. Bruce definitely delivered. The inspection report was very thorough and detailed, and most important to us - objective. The pictures and explanations were great and we were able to visualize everything he documented as if we were in the room with him when he did it. At the same time we were having our home inspected in MA and received that report. Comparing the 2 reports - Bruce's was far and away more thorough and descriptive. I would definitely recommend Bruce for any of your home inspection needs. Jill

My partner and I used Bruce's very thorough home inspection services recently and were extremely pleased. As first time home buyers, a lot of what we witnessed during the inspection was new to us and Bruce did an excellent job respectfully explaining everything in detail and also how some issues he found may eventually evolve into bigger ones. We sincerely appreciated how he kept everything easy to understand! Bruce is also a very personable person, and seemed to care about what he was doing. As a very nervous person, he even took the extra effort to check on my sanity at one point during the inspection. You don't find that kind of care for others often, and it was refreshing and assuring to see that out of Bruce. We highly recommend his services!

My boyfriend and I worked with Bruce for a home inspection on the purchase of our first home. From the first phone call I made, Bruce was very prompt in contacting me and also very flexible with the unpredictable schedule that comes along with purchasing a home. Bruce was very thorough with the entire inspection process and was extremely detailed. You can tell he is very knowledgable and truly enjoys his work. His kind and personable attitude brought a certain ease to a stressful process. He took his time to explain his procedure with us and made sure to explain anything we had questions about in detail. His report was extremely detailed and included pictures along with explanations of what he had pointed out during the inspection. I thought this was very helpful because there were small details you may forget about after the initial inspections and his detailed report and pictures help point those out. I would highly recommend Bruce's services to anyone and would definitely use him for a home inspection of my own again in the future.

Bruce was an incredible guy. On time, very detailed when explaining issues that came up in the house. I enjoyed his company. I actually walked with him around the house the whole time and we had great conversation, and he never talked down to me when I didn't understand certain things. He made me feel as if we knew each other for a long time. When I asked him if the house was in good shape as far as how old it is, he gave me an honest up front answer which was yes. His reasoning was because the house was taken care of and it's a good first time he buy. I highly recommend him to all. This is the guy you want. He's very honest and very kind person.
