- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to let our customers know that their first visit tends to be more expensive because of the administration costs of obtaining leads. Our prices tend to go down on return visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to fully understand what cleaning our customers need. We do not want to charge customers for things they do not want cleaned.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started and continue with this type of work on a part-time basis. With a full-time job, I utilize this work to help others keep up with things around their home because I am young, able to help, and enjoy keeping busy.
