I am an independent contractor with nearly 20 years of experience in Minnesota. I am easy to work with, I communicate well and will work with you to achieve the best result possible for your situation. I specialize in kitchen installation. I work with a couple of Certified Kitchen Designers or if you prefer I will work with your designer or big box store. I have a truck and trailer outfitted specifically for kitchen and cabinet installation and an open trailer to remove your old cabinets for disposal. I also have a full wood shop that allows me to fabricate special items, apply finishes (not in your home) and provide extra value to your project. In addition to kitchen installs I also do specialty projects. These are jobs that don't fit neatly into catagories or boxes. I tend to call this Pintrest fulfillment. So if you have a project that nobody seems to want to tackle I might be the solution. I take pride in completing your project to your satisfaction.

I hired Bruce through thumbtack to perform a housing inspection for me after my offer was accepted. I chose to hire Bruce because of the conciseness and clarity in his initial email and because of the excellent and detailed reviews that had been left before. Hiring Bruce was an excellent decision. He was able to arrange an inspection for within 2 days with the homeowners through MLS. I attended along with my realtor which Bruce had no issues with. Bruce sent back a detailed, 41 page report with pictures clearly highlighting issues by the end of the business day. Bruce's inspection was thorough, detailed, and in depth. It was obvious that he was an experienced professional and knew housing inspection and construction very well. Bruce answered almost all of my questions with clarity and detail. Some of my questions were more opinion oriented and Bruce explained that there were liability issues possible - which was a perfectly valid answer. My realtor also commented that Bruce was an excellent inspector. My realtor mentioned that from what he had seen, Bruce was a person who took pride in doing the job well. I would definitely agree with this assessment. I don't think it'd matter what you'd hire Bruce to do. If you hire him, I am certain he'll do it well.

Bruce is a great home inspector! He and I went through the house and checked out every critical component. We found some defects that could have entered into the decision on buying the house. Bruce's report came when he said it would. Now I know exactly how I stand with that house, and what I need to do.

Bruce did a very thorough review of the home (4 hours) and walked me thru each item that he found. The 40+ page report he left me with will be a very good "to-do" list. The items that were critical were highlighted and I was able to have some repairs made by the sellers prior to my closing. I feel like we covered everything in the home.

I want to look at the project first and see what you are looking for. From there gather costs for materials and other subcontractors bids and put together a bid for you.

I am a college graduate. From there I have been in the remodeling business for nearly 20 years. As part of my license I participate in annual education requirements.
