- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Lucky Dog Sewer & Drain, we believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises. We offer competitive flat-rate pricing for sewer & drain cleaning services, so you know what to expect before work begins. All of our drain & sewer cleaning pricing is listed on our website, and we'll confirm your exact price up front. Our only service fee is a $99 diagnostic fee, which is waived when you approve the work. We also provide hydro jetting and sewer camera inspections. We offer a 90-day warranty on qualifying secondary drain cleanings and a 180-day warranty on qualifying main sewer line cleanings. Every situation is different, but we'll explain your options and pricing before starting work. We focus on fixing the problem correctly rather than selling you services you don't need.

We make the process simple, straightforward, and stress-free. 1. Understand the situation. Whether it's a clogged kitchen sink, slow drain, or backed-up sewer, we'll ask a few questions to understand the problem. 2. Give upfront pricing. We'll explain the likely service needed and provide pricing before beginning work. 3. Schedule a convenient appointment. We work to accommodate your schedule and prioritize urgent sewer and drain problems whenever possible. 4. Fix the problem. Our technicians arrive with professional equipment to diagnose and resolve the issue. 5. Explain what we found. We'll explain what caused the problem, what we did, and whether any additional maintenance is recommended. We're a locally owned, veteran-owned company, and we believe customers deserve honest diagnostics, clear communication, quality workmanship, and respect for their homes. Our goal is simple: solve your problem and earn your trust for the next time you need us.

Lucky Dog Sewer & Drain is a Minnesota plumbing contractor with licensed plumbing professionals and experienced drain cleaning technicians. Our team includes master and journeyman plumbers, along with technicians experienced in sewer and drain cleaning, video camera inspections, hydro jetting, and diagnosing difficult drainage problems. We use professional-grade equipment to diagnose problems accurately and provide effective solutions. Our owner is a U.S. Marine Corps officer and U.S. Naval Academy graduate and 50% of our employees are veterans. That background shapes how we operate: professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, and doing what we say we're going to do. We combine technical expertise with a commitment to honest recommendations and excellent customer service.
