Sam was not only punctual, responsive and provided value, but he was also professional. Most of the cleaning came out great, but one section would just not fully clean - - probably due to the porousness of the material. Sam was out a couple times at no extra charge to try to fix that section. Based on the work he did, we will certainly hire him for other cleaning projects as he expands his business!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to talk through expectations and then provide an accurate/fair quote. Depends on the work needed. **currently I am only offering siding washes on one story homes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a phone call helps me understand your goals the best. From there there’s multiple ways I can provide a quote. In-person is best but I can also estimate pricing over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After learning a handful of residential/commercial trades and services, I had success owning and operating a company with a business partner. We offered various services including pressure washing and maintained 5 stars with over 100 reviews here on Thumbtack through 2019.
